The room was very nice and clean and had more than enough room. Checkin was a breeze and the property was great for all of our kids (10-17). I only have three complaints: The master bathrooms jacuzzi tub jets shot out a lot of black sludge when we turned them on. Only two very thin pillows on the master bed (I know I probably should’ve bought my own)And the master bed needs a new mattress, there is a mattress topper and it wasn’t terrible, but a little hard to get comfortable. One toilet doesn’t flush. We were short on bowls and towels. We started calling day 1 about the issues and the only thing that was resolved it I was delivered more towels and 3 Walmart bags of dirty bowls. The dishwasher was falling forward and the door slammed on my daughter’s foot. The door would not close so our whole stay the door was open and water was in the bottom and I called numerous times everyday and no one came and the front desk at the caribe wouldn’t help because the property was managed by young south coast.
