Welcome to your slice of paradise! This elegant corner unit is flooded with natural light, streaming in through two walls of windows that showcase mesmerizing Gulf views. The free-flowing open layout is perfect for gathering and features an elevated design of bright white and dark blues that truly allow the views to dazzle. Whether snuggled on the large sectional watching a movie on the large flatscreen TV or curled up on the recliner with a book, panoramic views will keep you in a constant state of awe. Directly behind the sofa, a luxe Gulfview dining table seats eight under a coastal chic chandelier. The dining area is accompanied by a large wet bar with an ice maker that features the same stunning design as the gourmet kitchen – dark blue cabinetry, a white tile backsplash, and gleaming white countertops. The kitchen’s enormous breakfast bar with seating for four is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner drink. The four luxurious bedrooms are designed as tranquil sanctuaries for up to 16 guests, each one its own beautifully decorated space. No matter which bedroom you choose – whether the primary suite with direct balcony access, the two guest suites, or the ultimate kids’ room with beautifully-designed built-in bunks – you’ll have your own retreat. There is also a queen sofa bed and washer/dryer, as well as three bathrooms whose upscale designs match the kitchen. Outside on the enormous Gulf-front balcony, you’ll find dining for six, Adirondack chairs for lounging, and panoramic views of emerald waters and sugar-white sand. Down below, direct beach access awaits, plus all of the other amazing amenities at Phoenix Gulf Towers. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. \*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
