Best view on the Gulf!

Silver Beach Condominiums are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama, and directly across the street from the largest shopping and dining complex on the beach road. Amenities include a large Gulf front swimming pool, boardwalk with shower to private beach, chair & umbrella rentals available for rent but not included in price, 2 elevators and reserved parking.

Our 6th floor non-smoking, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is uniquely furnished and has just been freshly painted with vibrant colors with a tropical flair! The recently completed remodeling also includes new tile throughout as well as new flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, Stereo, full size washer and dryer and ceiling fans! The kitchen has also just been remodeled with granite countertops, tile back splash and new appliances! Both bathrooms have also just been remodeled with new fixtures and tile throughout!

Out condo features a unique tempered glass balcony railing that affords breathtaking Gulf views, and wooden table with 4 comfortable chairs for outdoor dining on the newly tiled balcony floor! There's a Queen Size sleeper sofa, 3 chairs, new 50” Flat Screen TV with cable, DVD & stereo in the living room, a dining table that seats 4, and a breakfast bar that will seat 3 more.

Bring your laptop computer as we have free Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access!

The master bedroom has a king size bed new 32” Flat Screen TV, DVD and its own private bath. The master also opens onto the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, a new 19" flat screen TV, and its own private entrance to the 2nd bath with shower. Conveniently located directly across from the area's largest shopping center featuring two large grocery chains, video stores, beach supplies and great family dining, this is the perfect accommodations for up to 6 guests.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with new cookware. We also have a new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave!

Our laundry room has a new full size frontloading washer and dryer!

The view is amazing. The kitchen is very well stock. The bed is cozy. So many good restaurants near by. Being able to rent beach chairs was great! We enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back soon.

Family Beach Getaway

We had the Best family vacation here and highly recommend it! Communication with host was great and was always fast to answer any question I had. The condo is in the perfect location, close to anything you could want or need. The views were AMAZING and I never wanted to leave the balcony. The chair service on the beach is also nice and worth the money. We can't wait to come back!

This was our first trip together and renting a condo. Barbara was absolutely amazing with answers to all my questions! When you rent this condo you will get an absolutely amazing view of sunrise and sunsets from the patio. And, the dolphins were amazing.too!

I was messaged through the vrbo site that I received an email with a parking pass and I could never find it. The kitchen tools were subpar. There were 2 elevators and on was broken the entire week. The second one was also not working the day we left. We had to carry everything down 6 florid stairs.

The Best Location

Condo is in the best location near everything. It had everything we needed for our family of 4 with the best views. The complex parking and elevators were so easy with no hassle of looking for a parking spot. The beach in front was never crowded. For these reasons I prefer a smaller complex over the large high rise and this was the perfect place. We will be back ! The owner was very easy to communicate with and fast to respond.

Not the best…

The ocean view was great, but that was the only good thing about this unit. Although the add says it’s been “recently renovated”, based on our experience that claim is questionable. We checked in on Sun, 26 May 2024. The unit had five sets of towels for 4 adults scheduled to stay for the entire week. We contacted Barbara, the super host about getting additional towels. We also reported water backing up into the tub when we showered in the primary bedroom. The backup was accompanied by a strong musty, putrid smell that permeated throughout the unit. After several emails, the next day the cleaning person brought one extra towel, which was damp and smelled of smoke. All we wanted was enough towel sets so we didn’t have to do laundry every day. The maintenance person came and checked the water backup. He removed hair from the tub drain and left it in the toilet. My guess is they wanted us to see something had been done. According to Barbara, the maintenance person did not smell a foul odor. Supposedly, the cause of the water backing into the bathtub was an issue with the building plumbing, not the unit. Oddly enough, the other shower in the unit drained fine and led me to believe the problem really is in the unit. Barbara was unwilling to do anything further and basically accused us of complaining more than any other renters. She advised us in the VRBO messaging app that we should stay somewhere else in the future. There were other issues but space is limited here.

Great location with beautiful beach view

The property is exactly as listed and is a great location for easy access to not only the beach, but also to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The condo has really beautiful views of the Gulf! The property owner was very prompt in sending reservation details and parking information. The parking lot is on the smaller side with limited spaces. We went out for the evening and returned late to find the lot full. We ended up parking across the street in the Greer’s lot. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but a heads up that spots are limited. The guest room mattress could be replaced given it slopes towards the middle, but was just fine for a night and would have been fine for a few more nights. Our friends said the master bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
