We love it. Very convenient to everything. The main issue we had was we couldn’t open the door to the patio from the living room. It was extremely hard. So we had to go thru the master bedroom to go out on the balcony. The drain in the hallway bathroom bathtub is extremely slow. Had to take showers in the master bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay & if those things had been fixed it would have been perfect. We didn’t report the problems during our stay because we just wanted to relax. The condo was exactly as pictured. Clean. Spacious. Amazing view. The pool was great and the beach was within steps. Property was clean and everyone very friendly. The bathrooms and TV's could use some updating but other than that, we loved the room. But we will not be staying at the Summer House property again. For one, there are only two elevators. Either one or both of them were broken/down every single day of our stay. Which, with two wagons, a large cooler, and two babies, made it impossible to take the stairs. So we were stuck waiting for sometimes 30 min or more to even get onto the elevators. I met a family who owns a room at Summer House and they say it's a recurring issue. Another major issue was the lack of parking. The majority of our week, when we got back to the condo (which wasn't very late at all because we have babies with us), the parking lot was already full. We had to go to the overflow parking across the street and walk two babies across a busy 4 lane highway. I feel as if there had to have been people there not abiding by the "two car rule". Either way, we love Orange Beach, and this room being right on the ocean was wonderful! Unfortunately, the ocean was a "purple flag" all week, and was full of jellyfish. Two of us got pretty bad stings when we were out just knee deep trying to cool off. Needless to say, the pool was beyond packed all week due to high heat and being unable to enjoy the ocean.
