This home is situated in the beautiful Gulf Coast area known for its miles of powder-soft, sugar-white sand, sparkling emerald-green waters, and treasure trove of family-focused amusements. Fishing is a fantastic family activity when vacationing here. Learn everything you need to know about charter boat fishing, inshore fishing on the back bays, renting and/or docking your own boat, visiting artificial reefs either by boat or diving excursion, and the types of fish you're likely to hook. Take your catch to one of our outstanding seafood restaurants where they'll prepare it for you. Or, make use of your property's well-equipped kitchen to serve up the bounty. Golfers love the area, thanks to the nine signature golf courses within a short drive of the beach. This is a shopper's paradise, with dozens of unique beach boutiques and major shopping complexes. Two popular shopping destinations are the shops at Tanger Outlets, situated just north of the beach, as well as The Wharf in Orange Beach, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. If digging into nature is on the agenda, visit the backcountry trails, go kayaking or canoeing, explore the Gulf State Park or Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. There are miles and miles of paved and natural paths that invite you to immerse yourself in the area's various ecosystems. When it comes to entertaining the little ones (and the big kids, too!), visit The Park at OWA, with its heart-racing amusement park rides and midway-style games; spend the day at Waterville USA and zoom down giant waterslides, laze around the lazy river, and let the littles splash around in WAWA World; enjoy a round of miniature golf; jump and play at a trampoline park; or visit one of several fun arcades in the area. Things to Know All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant. CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Our building needs repair to correct the effects of water migration into the concrete walls, balconies, and walkways throughout the building. These repairs are necessary for the health of the building. Coastal Contractors will begin to mobilize in early September 2025 and move through each stack until the project is complete. This is estimated to take 4-5 months. While work is being completed on each stack, those units will be closed down and not accessible. Expect long periods of noise (jackhammers, saws, hand tools) that will vibrate through the building. Authorized working hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday. Safety barriers will be placed at the bottom of each stack while being worked on. During this time the outdoor and kiddie pool will be closed. The indoor 'heated' pool will remain open and all guests can use the outdoor pools at Phoenix 1, 2 or 4. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC., LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 11. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The condo for our 2022 stay is in need of some much needed updating and a lot good house keeping. The tile floors need a good mopping; bottom of our feet were black. It was a very nice and spacious please to stay. Gulf view was beautiful. There were a few things that was alarming! Make sure you check everything out. There was trash u see the bed, the sofa sleeper was never cleaned they still had used sheets in it. We also found other things under the sofa. If you love beach fishing, this is a great place. Many local restaurants are right access the street in walking distance. Balcony furniture could use an update as it is starting to rust out a bit.
