• Monthly Stays: Monthly reservations are welcome during December, January, and February.
• Parking: The Ocean Edge community allows up to 3 vehicles in the driveway of this home.
• Professional Management: Hang on Slupey is professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, a locally owned and operated company specializing in beach house rentals throughout Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fort Morgan, Alabama.
• Deposit and Fees: The required deposit consists of 20% of the total reservation amount, plus any applicable third-party booking fees charged by VRBO. The credit card processing fee and reservation processing fee are separate from the deposit and are nonrefundable.
• EV Charger: Each home at Ocean Edge offers access to a universal electric vehicle charger.
