### Beach Front 2 Bedroom Condo - Phoenix I 1077

Just steps from the waters edge with beautiful views from our 7th floor beachfront balcony, living room and master bedroom. Our condo has been freshly painted throughout, newly renovated kitchen with new cabinets, pantry, quartz countertops and dinning area with seating for six. Master bedroom with king bed has gulf view, access to the balcony an on-suite bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and on-suite combo bath.  
  
\*Please note: Phoenix I has a solar-heated outdoor pool, which allows comfortable year-round swimming. Phoenix I is also a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson's Terms & Conditions.\*\*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.  
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
