The house has a covered front porch overlooking the main road that goes to Bear Point Marina that is equipped with rocking chairs, deck lights and a 50” outdoor Roku TV— a great space for having morning coffee or hanging out with friends and loved ones. The back porch has an outdoor table that seats four and both a gas and charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and kitchenware to make your stay more comfortable should you desire to cook at home during your vacation. The living room has both a couch and loveseat, a 50” Roku TV, and a workspace/desk with a computer monitor as well. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a washer and dryer. This home is perfect for mid or long term stays. \*\*\*New Features\*\*\* \- Front Porch 50 inch Roku TV: Watch tv while sitting on the front porch! (Bring your own apps). \- Front Porch Fans (Two): Keep cool during the warmer months! \- Outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. Also has a spout to wash your hands. (It is not a private shower, it's located on the driveway) Neighborhood: Home located in Bear Point Community in Orange Beach, AL. Short walk to Bear Point Marina and OSO Restaurant and Tiki Bar. General: Two bedrooms & one bathroom. Entire home has recently been updated. Keyless entry - code given with checkin instructions. Wi-Fi included Beach Towels included Exterior: Pet friendly but the back yard is not fenced in. Driveway is large enough to park your boat. Driveway also has an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach (non private shower). The front porch is covered (it is not screened in), great place to sit and talk at all hours of the day. The front porch also has a 50” Roku Smart TV. The back yard has a 4 person patio table as well as both a gas grill and charcoal grill. There is a ring doorbell camera at both the front door and back door. Both are non voice recording. Bedrooms: Master Bedroom has a queen bed. Guest Bedroom has two twin beds. Full length mirror in both bedrooms. Power strips at the base of each nightstand to charge all of your devices. Bathroom: No plug in outlet by bathroom sink but each bedroom has full length mirrors with available power outlets. Towels, hand towels, and wash cloths included. Living Room: Living room has a couch and love seat. Queen sized sofa bed couch. There is a 50” Roku TV in living room. Board games and playing cards. Work from home ready. There is a desk in the living room with an extra computer monitor (HDMI Cable ready to plug into computer/laptop). Dining / Kitchen: Dining area has a four person table. Kitchen is fully equipped and has new cabinets, new quartz countertops, and new stainless steel appliances (Range, Dishwasher, Top Freezer/Bottom Refrigerator, and Over the Range Microwave). Stacked washer and dryer located in the kitchen. Kids kitchenware included.
