This unit is fully furnished and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom has its own bath. Master suite features jetted tub, double vanity, granite counters, separate shower, and walk-in closet. Spacious kitchen, dining, and living area with wet bar, wine cooler, and ice maker. Floor-to-ceiling windows, electric blinds and doors open to the large balcony and offer stunning views! Enjoy the amenities including a lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, an exercise room, lighted rooftop tennis courts, and car and golf cart charging stations. Comfortable beds, whirlpool tub. Pool has a nice lazy river. Communication was great from owners - absolutely no problems there. $45 parking fee per vehicle about to go up to $55, so just something to note and add to other fees when calculating. This is on the bay so no beach, but plenty of public beaches nearby. Only real downside was the noise - occupants of other units quite loud at the pool and on their balconies (both of which carry to your balcony, even 6 stories up), but inside the unit it’s well insulated and quiet. This was our first time staying on the bay and found it to be very convenient. Public beaches and dining were just a few minutes away. The view at night is better than any beach front we have ever stayed at. The day view didn’t disappoint either. The only things in the unit that would make it better would be a pair of scissors in the kitchen and towel hooks in the bathrooms.
