It was the perfect set up with everyone having their own bathroom and great family area to hangout on the rainy beach days. We did have a few issues with the building’s security guard as he was very disgruntled upon on our arrival in regards to parking. Not only did he get pretty rude with us but we also saw him on two separate occasions in heated arguments with other guests. Thankfully everything ended up clearing up on our end but just beware to approach a conversation with him cautiously. Other than that, the owners of the property were amazing and so very helpful. It is professionally decorated and is beautiful. We had 6 adults and 2 children 5 & 8 and we had a great time. Everything you could possibly need was in the kitchen. Several sets of dinnerware to choose from, any type of cooking utensils you could need, reserved covered parking spot next to walkway to beach (we kept all our beach items in our car). Everyday I would notice some decorative item I had not seen yet. The pictures do not do this unit justice. The building is in a perfect location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The balcony view was spectacular and the furniture there made it easy to stay out and enjoy it. This place has a great kitchen with all you need to prepare meals.
