Tradewinds is a high rise located on beautiful Orange Beach, white sands and beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of America! This is unit is on the 12th floor. The unit has a large gulf front balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful beach!

Whether you enjoy shopping, dining out, golf, deep sea fishing, or night life, Tradewinds is conveniently located to any activity you enjoy. Across the street from Adventure Island and Fatdaddy's Arcade, go-carts and putt putt. The beach side pool deck is only steps from the beautiful white sand beach.

The place was dirty , cabinets , top of fridge and even the bed comforters. Toilets stopped up constantly, don’t flush well at all. Really good use a good overhaul . Would not recommended this to anyone I know.

The condo itself was fine, but I think it suffers due to design of the building. Elevators right outside the bedroom window and the garbage chute around the corner rattling through out the night made it difficult to sleep. The AC unit cooled as it should, but makes a high pitched whine while doing so. However, the view was great, furniture and amenities were fine. No complaints other than the noisy night

Tradewinds - Beach Condo Review

We recently stayed at Trandewinds Condo for a short trip, and while it served its purpose overall, there were definitely some areas that could use improvement.The Not-So-Great:Check-in and parking were a bit of a hassle. We were told to purchase a 30 parking permit from security, but when we arrived, the security office was empty. After going back three separate times, we finally found someone there—only to be told it was cash only. That would have been very helpful information to receive in advance.As for the condo itself, it felt dated and lacked some basic comforts. It wasn’t the cleanest or coziest space—we would have appreciated extra/throw blankets for the living room, but none were provided. The furniture wasn’t particularly comfortable, the AC unit made a loud humming noise anytime it ran, and both toilets squealed after being flushed. These small annoyances added up over the course of the stay.The Positives:The location was great—easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and activities, which made getting around really convenient. The views of the beach and water were beautiful, and it was nice to wake up to that each morning. While the condo itself wasn’t anything fancy, it was a simple space that worked for our short visit.Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place in a good location, but just go in with the right expectations and come prepared.

The place to stay to get away for a few days close to the ocean. One thing we liked was the beach was not crowded. No really big condos on one side and a string of small beach houses on the other. Easy to find a quiet place to relax. Also relatively inexpensive.

Enjoyed over a week here. Communication with John was great. Quiet location, beautiful beach and great view. Decent condition condo. You will need a parking pass for a $30 additional fee during stay as security checks and places warning tags on cars, purchased down the street at the management office.
