Very Nice Condo

The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. We had a great stay. The only complaint I have is that the two twin sized beds were terrible to sleep on. The twin bed with the trundle, squeaked very loudly with just the slightest movement. The other twin was a fold out chair and the mattress was so thin you could feel the bars through it.

Wasn't informed about many things and floors filthy

The decor was nice in this unit . How we the floors were filthy so the $250 cleaning fee they charge is outrageous . Out feet were black the entire time so badly I actually took pictures. We were never notified there were no boat docks , trailer charges and the check in and check out times were different from the website . The condo itself is nice and in a good location but I feel sorry for the owners because it's not being cleaned properly . Security was very rude . Ladies behind the front desk were pleasant and informative and kind but they really need to work on the rudeness of the security guards they do not interact with guests well at all!

Beautiful 3 BR/ 3 BA Condo unit overlooking Wolf Bay and Orange Beach

Loved the unit, loved the pool, slide and lazy river. Get the cleaning crew to do a better job though please. Our unit had lots of sand and other trash on the floor at check in that we cleaned ourselves.

Great location!

Loved this unit - especially its location on the property but it should be noted that the furniture (couches & chairs) is more worn than the photos show. Dining chairs and couches are starting to get a little worn/saggy & not very comfortable unless you sit on a pillow and/or put one behind your back. However, the owner was very attentive & quick to get the air conditioner fixed when it went out and was very gracious. ALSO - this had the best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced with Homeaway. Every pot, pan, small appliance and utensil you could possibly need as well as serving dishes. The only thing missing was a toaster - though it had a toaster oven. So we just bought & donated a toaster because we LOVED the fact they provided so much in the kitchen. We cook a lot so that was a big deal to us. Will definitely be back!

Very Nice, Clean Room. Has everything you need.

We had 6 adults and 3 kids stay for 4 nights. Each family had their own rooms as well as bathroom. The kitchen, dining, living room area was very spacious with plenty of seating. The lazy river, pools, and slide were just the cherry on top. No need to plan extra activities, the pool area gave us plenty to do. The view of the bay was great. This room is not close to the parking garage, but very close to an elevator that leads right to the pool area Highly recommended this room for a great stay.

Great condo, well kept, awesome pools!

We had a great weekend with the family staying in this unit. It was well maintained with a great view of the bay and the lazy river. We really enjoyed the pools, and spent some time at the nearby beach as well. Can't wait to go back!

Dock and kayak fishing plus awesome lazy river in Orange Beach, AL

We stayed here in late Feb and had a great time with friends. Walked to a nice restaurant & Tiki bar a hundred yards down the road. Caught a speckled trout on live shrimp off the dock and cooked it on the outdoor BBQ pits. - looks like they just replaced all the dock boards. Already reserved it for a summer return with the kids and the awesome lazy river. Going to bring the kayaks next time. Perfect private launch beach for those.
