"For 4 star hotel I expected a bit better ( floors were dirty , while taking shower water was splashing all over the bathroom floor which can cause risk of slipping and fell putting people in danger .. "

"This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel and it's our favorite place to stay in Oran. Beautiful view of the city and the sea. The staff is very friendly and always makes us feel welcomed. "

"Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings."

"There were issues with the WIFI in the hotel. My room did not have WIFI for days but the lobby did. There is only one restaurant in the hotel which is Buffet, fortunately the buffer is amazing. The Pool and Gym are nice but there is NO WIFI there. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights in Dec '13 and we were very impressed. The hotel is what you would expect from a 4 star - wifi, nice bathroom, good fixtures and fittings, wide screen tv, double (not twin) bed. The cleanliness was good - our beds were made every day and changed every other. We were given free soft drinks in our fridge, and free shampoo and gel everyday, even though we didn't use them. The breakfast was good, if a little on the sweet/cake side of things. The slight downside for me was...
