A few things aside I'll mention: was told there was fire pit via e-mail and that there is a line but didn't see either so not sure if it was a mistake on the listing. Not a deal breaker tho. Lastly a few of the hardware is loose in bathroom, and one door doesn't close fully. These are minor but good for the owner to know. Lastly the carpet upstairs doesn't seem to have been installed properly as there are parts unattached to the floor. I can send pics via email to help. It's a brand new home, nicely furnished, well equipped for several days stay. We saw several deer every day. 30 minute short drive to Saddleback . The only recommendation is a TV in the main living room. The Only TV is up in the loft where the kids hang out.
