"Was slightly upset on afew things such as read they had wheelchair accessible parking for 6 i think but had no disabled bays cars parked in free for all had to leave keys at reception incase needed to be moved. Also said step free entrance which was also not the case and struggled to get to entrance for how cars were parked. Bed seemed like a small double which was rock hard next morning stripped the bed as we always do and wish hadnt when we see the state of the covers.and flooring very uneven. Guess we just picked up on things for disabled so may not be an issue for non disableds."

"I booked this hotel for my daughter who is 22 and was travelling alone. when she checked in she noticed that the window wouldn't close. I wasn't happy when she told me so I called the hotel and explained the safety issue and asked if they could take a look. I then called her back there was already a knock on her door from the handy man. He couldn't fix it so they moved her to another room. I am so impressed with the service and speed that the hotel dealt with my concerns and would definately recommend them."

"Windows were so dirty you couldn’t see the beach well. There was a dirty chip on the floor of bedroom from a previous customer. Entrance and stairs were in poor condition, with general public able to access the corridors for the bedrooms and the room keys were not needed. Position was ideal. Hotel needs updating desperately. "Pictures are very deceiving. I would not recommend this place at all unfortunately. Our room was beyond basic, there were marks all over the walls, something spilt down the side of the broken bedside table, no headbords, the window frame had burn marks on it and was mouldy and filthy. The taps in the bathroom were leaky and I have never seen a shower so mouldy. Had it not been so late when we got to our room I would not have stayed. I didn't see a member of staff when we left, so couldn't raise my concerns. I did ring the bell several times, nobody turned up. I left feeling dirty and tired, this hotel is really not fit for paying guests, sorry."
