"Clean rooms and friendly staff "

"Like all Graduate by Hilton properties, there are no ice machines on each floor. The only way to get ice is to request it from the front desk which I found to be annoying. Other than that, it was a great stay. "

"The night auditor was not the friendliest. She was more into male clients than myself. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or not but the customers come first. I was not greeted, my room door lock was broken, there was no phone in my room, and there was no WiFi code given. The bathroom had not been updated in a while as the paint was chipping throughout. My 2nd time booking this hotel and the first experience was perfect. This experience was ridiculous from the moment we walked though the door."
