With a private 4,200 square meter property adorned with lush lawns and trees, it offers the perfect holiday rental for those seeking tranquility and privacy. Indulge in the convenience of a seasonal swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Inside, you'll find amenities like internet WiFi, a billiard table, a trampoline, and a washing machine, ensuring a comfortable and entertaining stay. Ample parking is available on the premises for up to 4 cars.

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds this property. The 4,200 square meter private grounds boast lush lawns, towering trees, and a delightful seasonal swimming pool measuring 24 square meters with a depth of 120 cm, available from May 2nd to October 7th. Relax in the sun on the terrace, furnished with comfortable garden furniture, and fire up the barbecue for alfresco dining. An outdoor shower adds to the convenience of enjoying the warm Croatian weather.

Please note that the owner does not accept any youth groups for this property. Additionally, the unit consists of two houses rented as one unit, providing ample space for families or larger groups. You can expect a spacious 7-room house spanning 390 square meters across two levels, offering ample living space for your vacation. The main level features a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), leading out to a balcony. Additionally, there is a room with a double bed and a shower/WC. The open kitchen comes equipped with four hot plates, a dishwasher, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a separate WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property boasts a range of amenities to enhance your stay, including air conditioning in select rooms, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, pet-friendly accommodations (maximum one pet/dog allowed), a fireplace, satellite TV, heating available, and television sets. The maximum capacity is 10 guests, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor of the house offers four additional rooms, each with its own unique configuration. One room features a double bed, shower/WC, and air conditioning, while another has a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, and air conditioning. The third room accommodates two beds and air conditioning, and the fourth is an open room with a double sofa bed, shower/WC, and air conditioning. There is also an additional shower/WC on this level. Outdoor spaces include a balcony, a 40 square meter roofed terrace with furniture and deck chairs, offering distant views of the sea. Facilities provided include a safe, iron, and a baby cot, along with complimentary WiFi internet access. The property is divided into two houses, with the first house featuring a living/dining room, open kitchen, one sleeping room on the ground floor, and three sleeping rooms on the upper floor. The second house has a living/dining room on the ground floor and one sleeping room on the upper floor.
