The open kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine.

The house is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. Air conditioning keeps the interior cool and comfortable. A washing machine is provided for your laundry needs. You can enjoy outdoor grilling with the barbecue facilities. Satellite TV and a flat-screen television are available for entertainment. Relax in the Jacuzzi bathtub after a long day of exploration. Heating is available for additional charges during colder months. The maximum occupancy is four guests, and the house features one bedroom and one bathroom.  
  
Other Information  
The house boasts a south-east facing position, offering a pleasant ambiance. Step outside to the roofed terrace spanning 10 square meters, perfect for alfresco dining or lounging.
