This charming holiday home is situated in a unique location in Oostkapelle, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior is practically furnished with cheerful colors, creating an instant feeling of home. With threshold-free, tiled floors, the space is both child-friendly and easy to maintain. In summer, the house remains pleasantly cool, while central heating ensures a cozy warmth during winter.  
  
The layout is designed to provide ample space and privacy for everyone. The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area, a coffee table, and a television. A DVD player with a small film collection and a WiFi connection add to the entertainment options. The dining area accommodates six people, with room for an additional high chair.  
  
The fully equipped open kitchen includes everything needed for meal preparation: a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee and tea makers, and a hand blender. There is no dishwasher, so dishes are done by hand, adding a traditional touch to the experience.  
  
For sleeping arrangements, there is a cozy master bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a larger bedroom featuring another double bed (140 x 200 cm) along with a triple bunk bed, perfect for a children’s sleepover. The compact bathroom is fitted with an extra deep shower tray, toilet, sink, and washing machine for added convenience. Families with young children will appreciate the additional amenities, such as a high chair and a foldable cot (60 x 120 cm).  
  
Sliding doors lead to the spacious, south-facing garden of approximately 250 m². This enclosed outdoor space offers privacy and is ideal for families, featuring a large lawn, a garden table with chairs, and a parasol for shade on sunny days.  
  
The home is set in a peaceful location yet remains close to all essential amenities. The beach is within walking distance, and just 100 meters away, there is a public playground with a lawn, sandbox, swing, and slide. Situated on the Dunoweg, which leads directly to the beach, the property also offers a beautiful view of the horses from Manege Duno, adding to its charm.  
  
Oostkapelle is a charming village in Zeeland, perfect for a relaxing holiday. From your holiday home, you can easily walk or cycle through the beautiful dunes and enjoy the wide sandy beach. The Walcheren area offers numerous possibilities for day trips. You can visit the historic city of Middelburg with its beautiful monuments and cozy shopping streets. You can also discover the Deltapark Neeltje Jans and learn more about Delta Works. Explore the picturesque villages of Domburg and Veere, known for their artistic past and maritime history. Take a bike ride through the polders and enjoy the typical Zeeland landscape. You can also visit the Zeeuws Museum in Middelburg for a dive into the rich culture and history of the region. For sports enthusiasts, there's the possibility to windsurf, kitesurf, or sail at one of the many water sports locations in the area. And don't forget to taste the famous Zeeland mussels and oysters in one of the local restaurants.  
  
Walcheren, the peninsula where Oostkapelle is located, is known for its beautiful beaches, historic cities, and nature reserves. The mild climate and many hours of sunshine make it a popular holiday destination. Some highlights of the region are the Manteling, a beautiful nature reserve with forests, dunes, and estates, and the Veerse Meer, ideal for water sports and recreation. The Zeeland coast offers kilometers of beach for sunbathing, swimming, and beach sports. Besides Middelburg, the historic towns of Veere and Vlissingen are also worth a visit. And don't forget to enjoy the culinary specialties: taste Zeeland regional products such as samphire, sea lavender, and Zeeland buns.
