« Staff was helpfull and friendly. Unfortunately the rooms on our level were on "party mode". The staff at the hotel were convenient to help us with the situation, when I called the front desk. I believe were just unlucky with the other tenants. Hotel is a bit old school. Breakfast was nice, well organized and cuisine staff were very efficient! Over all, good place to lodge for the ski :) »

« Never had such delightful hosts. Masao and Yasuko were always available for us. The lodge is confortable and clean. It's a little bit far away from the station and the shops but Masao drove us by car whenever we needed to. Furrhermore, at the end of the day you can also enjoy the hot Japanese bath. The extra breakfast was filling and delicious. We felt like at home and had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend! »

"J’ai fait de la lessive et c’était bien pratique. Par contre, j’ai eu besoin de 3 séchages pour que ça soit bien sec. Ils ont été bien compréhensifs pour nous garder les valises dans la dernière journée, car on allait visiter à l’extérieur de Nagano. Le personnel est très gentil."
