We also have an air mattress if needed. You can park your vehicle in the carport or on the street. The washer & dryer are conveniently located in the basement. It was perfect for my wife and I who were attending my sons baseball tournament at the college for Cooperstown Baseball World. About 25 min ride to Downtown Cooperstown.
