Treat yourself to a relaxing stay in the heart of a 3-star tourist residence, ideal for a family vacation on the Landes coast! This 39 m² two-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 6 people and benefits from a friendly setting with many activities available. The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). A sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and filter coffee maker. A bathroom with a bathtub. A 13 m² terrace, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing moments. Private parking space in addition to visitor spaces. Shared swimming pool with paddling pool for the little ones (open from April to September depending on the weather), pétanque court, children's playground, table tennis and tennis court and a green and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing stay. A prime location: just minutes from the beaches of Ondres and the Basque Country, close to the region's shops and activities. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. The washing machine and dryer are shared. No Wi-Fi access. To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only. Optional services to be arranged before arrival:

\- Mid-stay cleaning: €135  
\- Mini Wi-Fi bow: €10/day or €49/week while supplies last
