"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that...

The room was clean, though the air felt a little stale when I first arrived. Breakfast is straightforward and gets the job done, and the small public baths were a nice way to relax. "Hotel staffs are not able to speak English? I tried to ask for assistances for couple times but none of them could help. I picked a room without cleaning, which is fine, but does that mean the floor and inside the room can be dirty with stains? Trash is a main concern for me in Japan, which we understood the culture, but charge for trash if you leave it inside the room? I do hesitate the hot-spring, always packed and not sure if those are real hot-spring water because it spells like Clorox."

"Excellent stay. We stayed for 7nights, they do daily room cleaning. Great location, only 6 mins walk to City mall where the Namba train station is. They provided pajamas, Kose facial products which I did not expect, otherwise I would not bring any of my skin care products. Super convenient and thoughtful! And free starbuck drinks from the coffee machine. 10/10 recommended!! The only thing is the room is a bit small can open one suitcase but that’s ok for us. "
