Beautiful Luxury Exclusive Villa in brilliant Omiš

Villa Lasta  located in Marušići — a small Dalmatian village on Omiš Riviera, consists of two villas built to be incorporated into its natural environment. The roofs are greened with Mediterranean plants, and on each of the roofs of the rooms and living rooms, the central place is occupied by an olive tree which is a trademark of the Mediterranean climate and way of life. Villas are environmentally friendly, geothermal energy is used for heating and cooling, and a free charging station for electric cars is available to all of our guests.

Each of the two identical contemporary villas:

On the first floor, there is a wellness and gym area with a spacious loggia. Wellness includes a hydromassage jacuzzi for 6 people, a Finnish sauna and a hammam by the top manufacturer Effegibi, a relaxation room with a heated floor, and an experience shower with different modes of operation. The gym consists of a treadmill, exercise bike, and multifunctional weight device.

On the second floor, there are three spacious rooms each with its own bathroom and satellite TV. The south room has two beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, and in the middle and north rooms, there is a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. Each room also has its courtyard, with chairs and tables where you can enjoy sipping your morning coffee. The floors of the courtyards of the rooms are sprinkled with snow-white pebbles, imitating Dalmatian pebble beaches.

On the third floor, there is a spacious terrace with a large dining table and three benches overlooking the pool. The roof terrace is ideal for long evening gatherings with a glass of fine wine. The glass walls of the living room and kitchen offer a view of the Adriatic islands. The living room consists of two designer sofas and two armchairs from which you can enjoy the home theater and a large diagonal TV (65 inches). The kitchen is fully functional and equipped. The living room opens onto a wooden deck (sun deck) with sun loungers surrounding a heated pool 18 meters long and 4 meters wide.
