Short drive to beach and shops. Two stores close by and a Four Square, also a popular fish and chop shop and bar. Limited internet access, no tv, so we played lots of family games. Location was ideal for us and we could not fault it. Beds were comfy and so were the couches. Next time i will remember to take a bluetooth speaker but otherwise the lack of tv was a bonus. Went to the opononi hotel to watch the league and take the kids out for dinner. Locals are really friendly.As for the driveway, i left that for hubby to navigate. The house was warm, beautiful view, lovely water pressure, situated in a perfect location for us to get to the wananga we had attended.
