The décor is exquisite. The generous upgrade added a remarkable touch to our stay. What truly distinguished this experience, was the consistently impeccable service we received throughout the hotel. My heartfelt thanks go first and foremost to Martino Del Buono, whose professionalism, discretion and gracious attention set the tone for our entire stay. I would also like to acknowledge the team members for their warm and attentive service and management, as well as Susil, whose care and dedication were deeply appreciated. We greatly enjoyed the lounge at sunset, along with the variety of atmospheres offered by the bars and restaurants, all serving truly delicious dishes. I travelled with my family, and we are unanimous in our appreciation. I highly recommend this exceptional property and will certainly return."
