A charming, luxurious house built in 1929 has been fully remodeled. Has over 3,500 sq ft, 2 dining areas, a big kitchen, 4 full baths, 3 washer/dryers, a work area, 7 big bedrooms and an oversized living room w/a fireplace. Close to Nebraska Med Center, Olympic Trials, Baseball World Series, Henry Doorly Zoo, and the bustling downtown. Only a few blocks from the beautiful Field Club of Omaha which makes it an excellent place to stay for weddings, corporate events, retreats or reunions.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood
This was a nicely renovated older home in the neighborhood I grew up in. It is easy to get downtown, the Old Market, the zoo, and the Aksarben neighborhood, well anywhere in Omaha, really. The home was clean, the kitchen large, and there was ample seating around two tables and the kitchen bar. The backyard is small, but of a size for most houses in this neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

We had our family of 13 at this property and there was plenty of space for all! Very quiet neighborhood and centrally located to what we did in Omaha…Top Golf and the zoo mainly. We would stay again!

Perfect location!!!!
This house was perfect for everything we needed! It was conveniently located for a weekend holiday in Omaha with family. We visited the zoo, got ice-cream in the old market, door-dashed Sushi right to us and had a wonderful time! Hyvee, gas stations and even an Irish Pub were only a few minutes away from the neighborhood and the houses are so cute! This house was also perfect for us because its spread out enough that we all had our own space (& quiet if needed) but we could all be together. We spent much of the weekend around the kitchen island having a fantastic time!

This house was perfect for our large group who were all in Omaha to watch our son compete at State wrestling. The meet was held at CHI which was a quick and easy commute. We enjoyed time together while not at the meet and absolutely loved out stay!

No prepared for winter
Do not stay here in the winter. Host does not have adequate snow removal in place. We had 8” of heavy wet snow and the only way for us to use driveway and walkways was to remove the snow ourselves. 3 days and host still hasn’t cleared sidewalks. Front stairs do not have railings and no functional overhead lighting. With snow and ice it is dangerous to use front entrance. Room in basement is not accessible as there are several overhead obstructions. Ceiling clearance in stairway is less than 5 feet and none are marked or have protection. One of the bedrooms on first floor is in a converted seasonal porch and heating in that room is inadequate. Temperature in that room was 60-62. Host is not local and when we asked for snow removal her reply was “I called people and they did not show up. I have no control over other people” Again, if it is winter I would highly recommend avoiding this property.

Great Time
Great place to stay with large family. Perfect for family of 12. Only problem was we wanted the Grand Parents on the main level with the bathroom but the bed was too high for them. Home was fully equipped and made for a great stay for our family Thanksgiving.

Large clean house with plenty of room!
Seven of us stayed in this house and we loved it. The big kitchen was perfect for cooking every meal and the seating area had more than enough room for everyone. The off-street parking was plentiful and the overall location was absolutely perfect. Tina was very communicative about not being able to find some remotes after the previous person’s stay and we appreciated that. We will definitely come back again!

Perfect for multiple families
My mother in-law wanted all of us to go to the Omaha zoo for her birthday. This house was perfect for all of us to stay and have separate areas of the house. The kitchen was an amazing size and easy to cook in for a larger group. Plenty of seating at the island, kitchen table and dining room table.

Fantastic Host
This place is an absolute gem and the host is incredible. Two days before our reservation the cleaners discovered that the previous renters had broken then TV in the master bedroom. She reached out and let us know that she was trying to get it fixed or we could cancel for a full refund. It ended up being fixed in time and we had a great experience. Great house. Great location. Looks exactly the same in person as it does in the pictures. I wish every stay I have with VRBO can be as great as this one!

Beautiful
This is a beautiful 7 bedroom home with space to spread out. A group of us stayed there and enjoyed preparing food in the large kitchen and sitting together at the table. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner was very helpful when we had questions and people were asking if we could book it again next year.

Excellent for a Wedding group
Our stay was perfect for a large group of friends for a wedding. Plenty of space and bathrooms to spread out. The backyard was great for lounging outside and a lot of room for parking. The only thing was it seemed the ice maker has not been in service for a long time since it did it was out of order on the laminated instructions which was tough with 98 degree heat but we were able to go grab ice nearby. Thanks for a great stay!
