You will be the only guests lodging in this home. Located on a quiet street. Use keypad entrance. Ranch style layout. Plenty of on site parking .Nice backyard with patio. grill and fire pit. Several small eateries within walking distance. The inside is very clean and updated.!! Two bedrooms with a queen sized bed, tv and dresser in each. Additional one blow up twin mattress, so can accommodate 5 guests. Spacious living room/kitchen areas, with couches & T.V. & kitchen table. Plenty of stocked kitchen accessories for you to cook at home! One bathroom with tub/shower. plenty of towels & linens, and other necessities. Washer and dryer on site. Small locked box safe installed in closet.

Family trip

The home was sufficient for our needs of a place to stay overnight. It is a clean but “tired” home. This is what we expected so it was okay. What we didn’t expect was a bad smell in the house. It smelled like old smoke or something vile. There is a deodorizer spray that goes off periodically that didn’t help. We have family members with allergies so we had to shut off the deodorizer spray. When we checked out, we contacted the host to let them know so they could begin cleaning and I mentioned the smell. Their response referenced the cooking smell in the house, which of course there was since we had bacon in the morning. (that definitely was not the smell that we experienced in the house) Their response was defensive which surprised me because I wasn’t trying to cause a problem. I simply wanted to inform them.

Central location.

Really enjoyed our stay. Centrally located so it was a quick way to get to all locations we were visiting. Nice little fenced back yard. Very clean and had great amenities. Does have a smell, but tolerable, if your not sensitive it scents. Would stay again.

Great home

This property was in a small quiet neighborhood close to parks, restaurants, grocery stores and other stores. You can see Children’s Hospital from the front door. The hosts were wonderful to work with. It was perfect for our state track weekend!

I live in Colorado and my mom lives in Illinois so we met in Omaha, which is about halfway for both of us, for Mother's Day weekend. We played card games and went to the zoo. The traffic noise was a bit of a downer, but overall a nice place to stay.

Excellent Choice in Omaha

My husband and I worked remotely from the house while in town for an event. The house was clean and comfortable, WiFi was great, and the hosts were great to work with. We were not traveling with small children, however it was set up very nicely for a family. Highly recommend!

Great little house

We stayed for three weeks. It was a comfortable little house with all the amenities necessary for a stay! The only thing I would say is that the pillows and the bedding could have been a bit softer and warmer. Other than that it was a good stay!

Home was nice, very clean. Quiet area. All the extras you could want, towels, utensils, everything. Comfortable bed, clean newer linen. Main TV plus one in each bedroom. Would stay again without hesitation.

The location was easy to find. It was clean and cozy. The kitchen was properly furnished with basic necessities plus a few extras. The washer us a little touchy, but the instructions helped resolve any issues. I enjoyed my stay.

The property was very nice! Plenty of room for my mom, my two girls, and myself. The bathroom was stocked with towels, soaps, shampoos, etc. The kitchen had plenty of supplies as well. We enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect small home with amenities

Janet and Jeff are extremely accommodating and easy to work with! They have all the extras that one could possibly need to stay there. I was with my 90 year old dad and it was good for him as well There are two steps at the front door that he had a little trouble getting up to with out a rail and the shower is a shower/tub, and that was a little hard for him but we had a great time and the location couldn’t be better close to grocery stores, restaurants and Omaha sites and places to see! Couldn’t have been better We hope to stay again next year!!
