It is conveniently located near the zoo, downtown Omaha, the casinos and the interstates for quick, easy access around the area. The only thing that was bothersome was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I'm not sure if it once belonged to a heavy smoker or the if the upstairs neighbors smoke and somehow enter the ventilation of the lower duplex. Also, the neighbors upstairs seemed to be moving around all hours in the middle of the night. The couch is a bit hard and uncomfortable but definitely not something that would take away from the enjoyability. This was a perfect spot- if the weather were nice we could have walked to parks, landmarks, and convenience stores. As it was, everything we did was just a few minutes drive away.
