Our dog was welcome, but the building itself is sorely in need of repair. The doorknobs and even shower knobs had loose screws and nearly fell off when using them! The exterior door had a four inch gap rotted off. Sad mess

There was no free breakfast, there were ants in the bathroom. We had to get the front desk person to come unlock our tv so we could adjust the volume but every time we went out he wasn’t at the desk. The phone in our room was completely broken. At 11:30 at night until 12:30am the fire alarms were going off because people were going in and out of the fire doors and nobody came to let us know if everything was okay. I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever.

This hotel was awful from inside and out. It is located next to a bar. Noise all night (doors slamming car horns honking etc). Shady characters in and around property. Room was a dump. If wasn't exhausted and had my dog would have left immediately.

WARNING TO ANY LONG-TERM GUESTS: This is not just a review about poor service; this is a report of illegal conduct and tenant rights violations. My stay spanned 72 days Due to the length of my continuous stay, I legally established tenant rights under state law. Despite this, management attempted an illegal lockout/eviction without following proper legal eviction procedures. Furthermore, management illegally refused to honor my state tax exemption status, resulting in me being severely overcharged for taxes during my stay. On top of the legal misconduct, the conditions were appalling and hazardous, including visible roaches and rats in the room and common areas. I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and sent a formal Demand Letter to Wyndham Corporate demanding a full refund and compensation for damages. Future long-term guests: DO NOT STAY HERE unless you are prepared for legal violations, financial harm, and dangerous living conditions. This hotel is operating outside the law regarding long-term residents.

Everything was awful. The pullout couch bed had a hole in the mattress and the frame wouldn't stay upright. Our TV didn't work and we told the front desk clerk. He said that someone would look at it tomorrow. There was lipstick smeared all over our door. The AC unit sounded like an air pump and was loud each time it kicked on. There was not breakfast. Our entire hallway and room smelled like marijuana due to another guest and we had 3 children with us. Completely unacceptable service and experience.
