We were pleasantly surprised with how large the double Queen with a pullout couch was. It was a nice size for our family of 5. The room had a weird smell and unfortunately the windows do not open to air out. The air conditioner would cool down to 65° which didn’t feel cool enough. Not sure if it was working properly. When we pulled the couch out to use, there where sheets on it that appeared to be dirty and used. We got new sheets at the front desk. It was a quiet hotel, no noise disturbances. Parking was tough, you pay $25 per 24 hours to park and there were very limited spaces. The best part about our stay was the size of the room and how quiet it was.

You have to pay for parking but there is no parking in the lot at 10pm. Also, there was noise at 11:30p.m. It woke us up, my husband opened the door to find 30 people in hallway being escorted out by the police. Also, they never sent maid service and were there for three days. Front desk staff Devin Is extremely rude!

All staff were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. So refreshing! Lived up to Hampton standards in every way. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Akways sleep so well in these hotels and this one was no exception. Also, Ana in the breakfast area was a ray of sunshine and made my morning special. Thank you!

I liked that there were restaurants in walking distance and also close to the field and arena. Breakfast was good too! I did not like the beds, they were noisy and uncomfortable. Parking went up $5 the day before we came & I was not notified. There was only 1 mirror in the room. Outlets were limited.

I love staying at your properties when I travel!! This visit made me feel a bit “nickle and dimed.” When I walked in, the first words out of the front desk woman’s mouth were, “It’s $50 to check in early.” No hello, no pleasantries. I’ve never had to pay early checkin fees at your properties, just been allowed to checkin if my room was ready. Then I was told parking would cost me an additional fee and wasn’t included with my stay. She did share I’d get a discounted rate of $10 compared to the $50 they were charging non-guests. Then in the morning, coffee was completely gone. Usually love you guys, but this stay didn’t live up to the value I’ve grown to love about staying at Hampton.

I apologize for the experience you had while staying with us. I will speak with the front desk and kitchen staff about your concerns. Yes there is now an early check in fee if you come in before 2pm but it should have been presented in a better way. We raise the price of parking on event days to deter non hotel guests from parking in our lot which is why guests are given a code to drop it down to the regular price which is normally 10. I do hope you will give our hotel a try again in the future.

The hotel itself is great. But i know myself and several others after paying for parking had an extremely difficult time finding a parking spot on site after a long day. Don't charge for parking if there arent enough spots.

Rented here because in past it was good. Not so this time. First, at checkin, you have to play phone tag to pay TEN DOLLARS to park in thier lot over night. No option, nowhere else to park! Forced to pay extra on top of a pricy room! Plus, youHAVE to use thier app and a card to pay it. NO option! Staff was no help with this. Next, asked for courtesy van to old market. NOPE! Havent had one since covid. LIE! Had one last year at this same time of year. Cheaping out and lieing about it. Real cute. Heater in room sounded loud and rattling. Lousy thing to try to sleep through. Pillows felt like they were filled with pudding. Wierdly mushy. Not at all comfortable. Bottom sheet on bed did not fit correctly, so in the middle of the night, it slipped up at the bottom and tangled around our feet. Not at all comfortable. Plus upon checking my credit card statement on app after I got home, it appears they charged me 50 dollars more than I was quoted when I booked this room through Expedia! We'll see how this pans out. All in all this property has slipped tremendously and will now be on my no stay list from now on.

Sorry for the experience you had while staying with us. It has been two years in June since we had a shuttle. The 50 is an incidental hold which is standard at most hotels. It does get refunded after check out.

I found it pretty dumb that you have to pay for parking at a hotel that you paid for… but oh well. Hotel seemed nice overall, a large room, nothing went wrong. Breakfast was good, and a nice variety. Pool water was murky which is weird. Microwave and fridge were very cheap in our room. overall, would stay at it again if I needed to.

We were very disappointed with our stay and we would not recommend this Hampton Inn and will not stay here again. The room was out of shampoo, there were overflowing trash cans in the lobby area, the pool looked dirty and there were no pool towels. The pool area and elevators had wet towels on the floor. The front desk staff were unhelpful and had no desire to make sure the stay was pleasant. This location has really declined.

Overall our stay was great! Super clean rooms, lobby, hallways and delicious breakfast. Able to find the parking lots very easily. The pool water appearance greenish color. The kids mention the bottom of the pool appear to be brown on the bottom. It was disappointing

I had a 6 day cancellation window that I missed so we paid $200 for no reason, the noise from the neighbors was loud, one trash can for a suite, no exhaust fan for shower and no free parking like in the past times I’ve stayed

The hotel itself was nice. My issues are they make you pay for surface parking and then they over sell it. We had late night and We had to park a block away where a security guard let us park at a curb in the driveway. We werent the only ones, at least 15 other people had the same problem that night. So after all of that, the next morning I was welcomed with a cold shower. Pay extra to stay somewhere else!
