I love staying at this hotel, when we come because they accommodate my 3 small dogs. The only thing that is rough, is sometimes the rooms are super dusty and not cleaned very thoroughly. If there were more modern rooms with air purifiers and less dust, me and my allergies would be so much more comfortable. People are always wonderful here and the area is perfect!

I stayed on the 5th floor where kids ran constantly around the loop until we called on the noise. Although the room was nice, it also had a faint smell of wet dog. After showering, the humidity intensified the wet dog smell and a urine smell. There was also a faint, dirty shoe print on the bedspread. However, I got in very late and feet bad complaining about the running kids already and didn’t want to seem high maintenance, so I got new blankets from the front desk and went to bed. I’m unlikely to stay again due to the gross odors, but breakfast was great and so was everything else.

Embassy Suites now charges you to park....and tbat's on top of your room rate mind you. I expect this in large cities where parking is at a premium but when we stayed half the lot was empty. When we asked why we were told the hotel doesn't own the parking lot. What?? Since when? We've atayed there multiole times in the past, are we really to believe the sold the parking lot amd not the building? Bottom line, we stayed there for the last time due to that issue.

Poor quality of bathroom. Handicap seat falls if you barely touch it. Mold in shower. The shower faucets didn’t spray out well and one was broken. Peeling paint. The pool was cold and had a poor shower head, no pressure. I did love the breakfast and evening reception

We were traveling with 2 grandchildren and really liked the separate area. Pool was closed which was frustrating but it happens. We enjoyed the evening reception, both the drinks and snacks were good. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the food. The location was close enough to easily get to the zoo, and bonus was that there is a Cabellas next door.

Pool water was cold the first night, and closed the second night. The main reason we got the hotel room was for the kids to swim over spring break. We were charged $10 to park, which was never mentioned when we booked the room. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 1030, but it closed early. Employees were rude in the breakfast serving area. We booked the room for four people, but they’re only only two bath towels in the room. When I called to have more brat to floor, we were told to come down to guest service to get them.

We were not aware that we would have to pay for parking. The parking lot was not cleared very well. I don’t feel our room was cleaned very well since we found dirty underwear in the corner. I’m a Hilton Honors member and didn’t get any complimentary bottles of water until we asked for them. Other than that the breakfast was good. The staff was helpful.

Because of the weather, I was not able to go. I called your hotel, and let them know I couldn't get there because of the blizzards between Oklahoma and your location. They were not able to offer a refund because I had booked through Hotels.com. Unfortunately, it was impossible for me to contact hotels.com while driving through a blizzard to return home and they would not refund my stay. So, I'm not a happy person.

I always stay at this property when I travel in for work even though the commute to work if further than downtown hotels would be. I have nothing bad to say about my visit, I was just a little disappointed because the pool was out of service my entire visit. They did allow access at the sister property but the pool was way smaller, there were tons of children and no jacuzzi. This is usually a highlight of my trip. I also didn't love the new parking structure. It would be so much easier if it was automatically attached to my room charge. the phone number they gave to pay didn't work so it was inconvenient after you've left the front desk
