Always our favorite place to stay when we come to Omaha! Very convenient location in Old Market so in walking distance to everything. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet in the morning is great with so many options! Will definitely be back!

We left for the day only to find our room was left open with the deadbolt latch holding the doior open. Housecleaning had cleaned our room but did not secure the room after they were finished. We are extremely fortunate nothing was taken.

The property was pretty and right next to the old omaha shopping area. Restaurants were within walking distance and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and all the waitstaff were wonderful.

I was on the 7th floor of the hotel and the water pressure was weak. Cold water was barely getting warm after 5 consecutive minutes of the water running. Also, I was in a king suite room and the shower head was EXTREMELY low so it was difficult to shower. Staff and hotel location were awesome, it was somewhat quiet but very loud dogs barking next door.

Rooms were ok but showing age, bathroom could have been cleaner. Pool was freezing cold and filled with kids whose parents were not watching them. My toddler kept getting splashed and ran into by rude kids. The pool was chaos and we left after 10 min and so did other families.

Fun hotel right in the Old Market, so you can walk everywhere. Amazing breakfast. Super nice staff. Pull-out couch was pretty sad and not comfortable to sit or sleep on. Pool could use a face-lift. Would definitely stay again.
