Recently remodeled FRONT PORCH: Enjoy a glass of wine on the front porch swing or rocking chair. Plenty of room for everyone to sit down and relax. THE LIVING ROOM: Kick back and relax on either our oversize leather chair or huge sofa. Watch your favorite show on the giant 65" smart TV screen and enjoy the super fast WiFi. The perfect location in the heart of Dundee, a stone throw away from Pitch restaurant and eCreamery as well as the Le Quartier Bakery & Cafe. A few minutes drive to UNMC and Blackstone. Downtown Omaha, Airport and College World Series is a direct short 5-10 mins drive. This is the perfect getaway for a long weekend or as a second home for a longer stay. Fantastic to enjoy events such as the College World Series, Berkshire Hathaway stockholder meeting or family gatherings. Guest access Has full access of the properties 3 floors. Access either via the elevated side backyard gate or front door on the porch. A 1 minute walk to Dundee's cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shops. 1 minute drive to a neighborhood Walmart and other restaurants. 5 mins drive to UNMC and Blackstone. Other things to note The spacious loft bedroom with half bath has additional A/C unit and electrical heater for added convenience. Excellent location. The check in was a breeze. Great kitchen. Only one television in the house in the Livingroom, which may be ideal for some people. In my property search I overlooked that there is no washer and dryer, that's on me. Some of windows did not have shades, blinds and/or curtains - specifically the livingroom and dining room. The house is a work in progress as they uncover the beautiful woodwork! The property is well kept and the mums were beautiful outside. This home is well suited for family gatherings we had plenty of room to sit around the table and eat and play games in the evening and the outdoor patio area was well lit and comfortable. The home was well furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe with people out walking. There was a dedicated parking spot which was very helpful - the streets are narrow and you can only park on one side. The owners are the sweetest people and were extremely helpful with a few things we needed. There were 9 of us all together and there was plenty of room! We all had super comfy beds.. and call the kids were in a loft room, which they loved!
