We stayed there the night before an early flight. The shuttle service took us to the Old Market and picked us up after dinner. We had to leave for the airport at 5:00am and the shuttle was right on time. Front desk staff were very friendly!

The restaurant served good food and beverages. The room was clean and comfortable. But, the coffee pot in our room did not work and the person in the coffee shop did not know how to make any specialty drinks. Wish she would have said that she could only serve the brewed coffee and no espresso drinks.

We were in town for a concert. I booked this hotel for the walkability, and for the great reviews. It lived up to the hype! Check-in was smooth, and Sarah was amazing! Even gave us warm cookies. Dennis drove us to the concert & picked us up, even though traffic was a MESS! The room was clean & comfortable. Will stay here again!

It was a good stay... parking is ok not greatest but ok. Pool need more tidying during day then it got ...not enough towels in area. Asked for towels from maid never recieved had to call clear to front desk twice once each night and wait dor them. Bht room good , bes comfortable, not to comfy pillows but very spacious bathroom. And 4.00 for bottle water is crazy. ( not customer friendly price)
