The condo is also walking distance to the lifts, restaurants, coffee shops and all the stores and festivities within the Village at Palisades. Easy access to seasonal activities including a short walk to the ski slopes, Shirley Canyon hikes and nearby waterfalls. Enjoy the scenic beauty from the living room leather sofas or while relaxing on the outdoor deck. It is all yours!

The two-bedroom, two-bath condo’s living area has a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace and leather sofa and chairs to relax and enjoy the view. The adjacent dining area seats six. The kitchen provides items you need for a relaxed getaway, including a wine fridge and three different ways to make coffee! (Mr. Coffee, a Coffee Press, and a Moka Pot). There is a coffee grinder too. The kitchen is nicely updated with granite counters and plenty of supplies for cooking. You’ll even find a crock pot.
The two bedrooms consist of a Master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom and the second bedroom has a Double bed and Twin Bunks. Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and in living room. The flat screen TV in the living room has cable as well smart TV applications.

Come enjoy the amazing views and take advantage of the walking distance to the slopes in the wintertime and the easy access you have to all the hiking trails around you in the summer. Lake Tahoe is only a 10-minute drive away if you choose to venture out.

This Olympic Valley home is a place you will want to return! The Mountaineer shuttle door to door service is available at this location.

* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
* Condo is on the second floor with 3 sets of stairs to the second level.
* Firewood or Duralogs are not provided, but can be bought locally.
