My Deluxe Queen Suite condominium is located at the Everline Resort and Spa and is being rented directly by me, the owner. The rental is not associated with Everline Resort & Spa’s rental program. You will pickup your key card from the front desk. Anything else concerning the condominium unit during your stay should be made directly to me and not to the Everline front desk or housekeeping. My beautifully decorated ski-in/ski-out Double Queen Room condominium that sleeps four and has a picture window overlooking Tahoe Nation Forest and the beautiful third fairway of the property's golf course. If interested in a 2-bedroom option, please call or send me a message for availability, prices, Total Cost. The 2-Bedroom option is a higher cost as it includes this Deluxe Queen Rm and the 1-Bedroom Fireplace Suite that has a living room with a fireplace, kitchenette with a 2 burner cooktop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher (VRBO #74123). Use of the pools, spas, fitness center, internet in the room, shuttle to and from the Village are included with the Resort fee which is currently $50/day per unit and included in the total price. Effective July 1, 2025, the resort fee will increase to $55 per room/night. If you have booked earlier, than the price change for this period, I will need to follow-up with the price adjustment invoice to you. Sorry, this fee is controlled by the resort not me. Parking: Self Park $35 per night, Valet $65 per night. If you bring a vehicle, these fees are not included in the price and will have to be paid to the resort directly. Property manager was unable to resolve the issue. There was no follow up communication after being told a plumber could not come within our stay, and we were left to deal with sink full of dirty water during the length of our stay. While the resort itself is beautiful this was a big detractor for our Fourth of July vacation. ##### Christiane P. The check in was smooth, however we were told because we were at a vrbo unit, the hotel would not be responsible for any cleaning or service. When we got to our room, the room was not cleaned at all with garbage bagged by the door. Took some time to find a phone number to call support because expedia didn’t carry over the necessary vrbo information. Turned out to be a miscommunication with cleaning crew so the owner of the unit promptly got a hold of someone to clean the unit while we waited at the hotel until 9pm. The issue was handled well. Wonderful location. Extremely easy access to lifts. We could leave our room, pick up our skis from the storage area, and be on the resort chair lift in less than 10 minutes. The resort restaurants were good, the shuttle to the base area was always on time and the little grocery/connivence store was really nice. The room was exactly as pictured- typical two queen bed hotel. Beds were comfortable. We had a great stay at Everline over Presidents week! The resort is beautiful & the location can't be beat for ski-in/out with ski valet. (The lift is for intermediate & above skiers.) Good place to stay if you don't need a full kitchen. ##### Helena H. Valet parking is $65/night+tips. Self parking is very far away and 33 steps down from the hotel. Pool/hot tubs are extremely far from the hotel; about 5-6 flights of steps. Hotel is separated from restaurants/bars/resort amenities. Basically, everything is far from the hotel. A chairlift is close by, but everything else is very poorly laid out requiring long walks and lots of steps to get to anything. ##### Lee P.
