This is not run by Hyatt. Someone bought a room at Everline and rents it out. If you book this you will not get any one to come clean your room for your entire stay. I had to wash our hotel towels, take out our trash, and we even had to buy a plunger. The electricity is outdated and I was unable to use the hair dryer for longer than 1-2 minutes at a time before it shut off. Horribly overpriced. Refrigerator didn’t work. The host was great to work with, and though it might appear unfair to deduct a star, Everline bell desk made the trip a lot less enjoyable. Having traveled for almost 12 hours from the Bay Area, that on a bad day takes at most six and we were parked on I-80 for 4 hours, it stung having to also wait for our bags to get to the room for what felt like forever. Same experience on the way out, where the bell desk lost our place in line and didn't get to use until several outreach attempts and an hour wait. Not at all the fault of the host who was super helpful during all of this. ##### Mariell R. The pool was warm and clean, the hot tubs were hot. No ice skating because of the temperature, and we opted not to ski in the rain. We did enjoy the restaurants and a trip into Palisades village.
