Nestled in the picturesque Olympic Valley, just a few miles west of Tahoe City and Lake Tahoe, Everline Resort offers a luxurious experience for guests seeking a year-round mountain retreat. This exquisite condo is the perfect home base for your adventures, with direct access to the chair lift you can ski-in/ski-out to your heart's content.  
  
Step inside this fully remodeled hotel-style suite to find a cozy living area complete with a flat-screen TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities. This condo comes with a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker for your convenience.  
Elegantly appointed with two queen beds, a small workspace, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Please note that the TV is not a Smart TV, and blackout drapes are provided in the room for a restful night's sleep.  
  
Guests can take advantage of ski-in/ski-out access and a host of resort amenities, including a private ice rink, spa, championship golf course, swimming pools, Nordic trails, and more. Explore nearby Alpine Meadows and Northstar for additional skiing options, or indulge in summer adventures at Tahoe Treetop Adventure Parks and Commons Beach. With paid parking, disabled parking, and a range of family-friendly features, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your Olympic Valley getaway.  
  
Things to Know  
The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.  
  
Additional parking fees apply, if applicable:  
Overnight Valet $65,  
Overnight self-parkng $35,  
Visitor Valet $40/hr,  
Visitor Self parking $30/hr.  
  
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.  
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.  
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.  
  
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
