Druggie infested area with high crime. Hotel was worn and dirty…holes in carpet, rusted hinges and worn doors and frames, the heating unit in hallway was missing and a hole was present to the exterior. Staff was somewhat friendly and sheets were clean. I will not be staying there again and considered leaving even without refund.

I really like the beds, the hotel has coffee available around the clock. Easy on and off I-5 with numerous dining options within walking distance.

I loved coming here for the indoor hot tub and swimming pool and the continental breakfast. Lately the hot tub isn’t working properly and there was a big clog in the bath tub.

We needed a place to overnight and this was easy and clean. Better breakfast than many places with eggs, potatoes, and sausage links. And the indoor pool and hot tub were very. I’ve after a long drive and open until midnight!

The room was comfortable and clean. The hot tub was warm enough, but the jets didnt work. We would have liked coffee with breakfast but there seemed to be a problem with the staff refilling it.

It is a great hotel. The room is one of the nicest rooms that I stay at. I stay at least night or two every week at different hotels. it is much better than Holiday Inn best Western three or any such hotel. The bathroom is great with everything in it.

It was a nice place to stay. We were on the first floor with my children, which I appreciated. The room was clean, the pool was heated, and the breakfast was the freshest (sausage and potatoes and waffles) I've had in forever at a hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly. Thank-you for a nice stay.

I solely booked this hotel for the Hot tub. It was out of service and has been for a year according the the front desk clerk. The sign said was supposed to fixed on the 22nd, but looked like the just changed sign daily. Also, pool was over chlorinated. Very disappointed. So many better options...I just chose wrong.

My apologies about the hot tub! The hot tub was functional but the blower motor had gone out. We have one on order and it will be repaired as soon as we receive it. Not sure about the information about it being completely down for a long period nor a sign? Regardless, please know we are on it and it will be repaired as soon as possible. Have a great day!

Our room smelt like mildew. The floor carpets did not feel clean, I didn’t want to put our 9 month old down which made things hard. Wouldn’t stay here again.

TOXIC CHEMICAL ONSLAUGHT - (Too much intense fragr
My main issue, which was substantial, was with management of the cleaning staff, as far as their use of cleaning chemicals. I would title my review TOXIC CHEMICALS, because the cleaning staff apparently don't consider the instructions when using chemical cleaners and use many times the prescribed amount. This means that there is a constant assault from the chemicals. Something that is used to wash the bed linens has an intense chemical fragrance that was extremely irritating for my throat and sinuses. If the experience had not been diminished by this intense chemical onslaught, I would have had a good stay. Bed is okay, pillows weirdly small. Breakfast bar is fantastic.
