The house is detached, near the Rothaarsteig and the forest. House "Steinblick" is situated in a very sunny location on a slope in the village of Elleringhausen, part of Luftkurort Olsberg.
With the most beautiful view of the Sauerland, namely on the Bruchhauser Steine, this has been Germany's 2nd national natural monument since 2018 and the only one in North Rhine-Westphalia.
The house has an indoor large garage under the house, the entry height is 2 meters.
On the ground floor there is a large living room, a dining room with round seating, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a staircase to the ground floor (Hall, basement bathroom and garage), a corridor with access to the hall (front door) and the stairs to the upper floor.
Upstairs are 3 more large bedrooms, a spacious landing with sitting/sleeping facilities and a bathroom with bath and toilet. Total living area is over 240m2, with over 600m2 garden. Downstairs the garage is a hall with a 2-person infrared sauna, a storage room, a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryers, and a corridor with access to the oil heater installation. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds 180x200 and one bedroom with a small double bed 140x200 and a bunk bed 90x200. In two bedrooms there is an extra single bed 90x200. On the landing upstairs there is a double sofa bed and a daybed. On the top floor, in one large room, there is a kitchenette, 2 electric burners, refrigerator, oven, kettle, espresso machine and a 4-person dining area. There are also two baby beds available and two high chairs. From the dining room you can access the wide balcony with a panoramic view. The terrace adjoins the living room, which overflows into the garden which runs behind the house. On the terrace there is a large lounge corner sofa, a 2-seater lounge sofa, an armchair and 2 dining tables with chairs, in addition 2 BBQs and 2 sun beds. The garden rises slightly and there is always sun somewhere. There is also a sandbox in the backyard, a small slide, a playground and a rocking horse for small children. We have placed a sheep net around the lawn for dogs that run away. Please note that because we have dogs and a cat and also allow our house will never be completely "hair free"!
Smokers are absolutely not welcome, smoking outside on our property is also not allowed!
When renting to less than 8 people, we reserve the right to close off bedrooms. With 4 people you only rent the ground floor. Bed linen can be rented in cash, as can towels.
There is 4G Internet through a speed box with 100 GB.
