The "Chalet Tetras" is a beautiful, three-story chalet located above Villars, in the district of La Résidence. It enjoys a sunny position in the residential district, just 200 meters from the skiing area. The vacation rental offers amenities such as Internet WiFi, central heating, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and parking facilities.  
  
Outdoors  
The chalet is conveniently situated within walking distance of various outdoor activities. The sports harbor is 25 km away, while the 18-hole golf course is just 7 km from the property. Skiing enthusiasts can take advantage of the nearby ski bus stop (2.3 km), gondola lift (2.3 km), ski school (3.7 km), children's ski school (3.7 km), and ice rink (3.4 km). Additionally, there is a children's playground located 2.9 km from the chalet.

The chalet is located in Ollon, Switzerland. It is important to note that snow chains may be required during the winter months due to the property's location (15 steps). The "Chalet Tetras" is an 8-room chalet spanning 220 square meters across three levels, with a south-facing position. It offers a small living room equipped with a TV (flat screen), and a room featuring a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long) and a bathroom. There is an exit leading to the garden with a south-facing position. The large kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine (with extra Dolce Gusto capsules), raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. It also includes a dining table and an exit to the garden with a south-facing position. There is a separate guest toilet on this level.  
  
The upper floor houses a spacious living room with an open-hearth fireplace and exits to a terrace with south and west-facing positions. It also has a double bedroom with a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long), a bathroom with a double hand-basin, and an exit to the west-facing terrace.  
  
The second upper floor comprises four double bedrooms. Two of them feature two beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long) each and exits to a balcony with a south-facing position. Another bedroom has two beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long), a hand-basin, and a shower/toilet. The fourth bedroom has two beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long). Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower/toilet on this level and a small balcony with a south-facing position.
