Property Summary  
The beautiful chalet "La-Ina" is a three-story holiday rental surrounded by trees in a quiet and sunny position on the outskirts of Villars sur Ollon, Ollon, Switzerland. It offers Internet Wifi and parking amenities. The chalet is located 400 meters from the skiing area and can be accessed by motor vehicle.  
  
Outdoors  
The chalet is nestled in the countryside, surrounded by a serene natural environment. Its prime location, just 2 kilometers from the center of Villars sur Ollon, provides easy access to various outdoor activities and attractions.  
  
Other Information  
During the winter months, it is advisable to carry snow chains and consider a 4x4 car for convenient access to the chalet. Parking is available 30 meters away. Nearby, you can find a shop (2 km), grocery store (900 m), supermarket (1.8 km), restaurant (1.8 km), bar (1.8 km), bakery (2 km), café (900 m), and the Villars-sur-Ollon railway station (2 km). Additionally, the thermal baths of Lavey-les-Bains are located 19 kilometers away.

The ski bus stop is 900 meters from the chalet, while the ski school is 2 kilometers away, and the children's ski school is 2.7 kilometers away. An ice rink and a children's playground are located 2 kilometers and 700 meters away, respectively. A free ski bus service to the Villars ski region is also available.

This La-Ina property is a spacious 5-room penthouse with 180 square meters of living space spread across two levels on the first floor, offering a south-facing position. The penthouse features a comfortable and beautifully furnished lounge with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Adjoining the lounge are balconies with a south-facing position, accessible through exits. The dining area includes a dining table and also has exits leading to south-facing balconies. There are three bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed measuring 180 cm. Two of the bedrooms have exits leading to south-facing balconies, while the third bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower. Additionally, there is an open room on the upper floor with sloping ceilings and two beds measuring 90 cm.

The La-Ina penthouse offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. The property also features a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is provided, and reserved parking for two cars is available within 30 meters of the property.

This non-smoking property boasts a large south-facing balcony and a smaller north-facing balcony, both furnished with outdoor seating, allowing you to enjoy the stunning panoramic mountain views. Please note that there is no elevator access to this penthouse unit. With a maximum capacity of eight people, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, the La-Ina penthouse offers a spacious and comfortable accommodation option for your vacation.
