Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of this private property, surrounded by a tranquil, natural setting. Embrace the great outdoors and take advantage of the nearby ski facilities, including a ski bus stop just 50 meters away, a ski lift 3 km away, and a gondola lift 2.4 km away. Additionally, you'll find a golf course (18 holes) within 9.8 km and an indoor tennis centre 3.4 km away.

This property offers a range of convenient amenities and entertainment options. Enjoy a game of table football within the chalet, and during the winter months, remember to equip your vehicle with snow chains. Please note that the owner does not accept any groups, and a car is recommended for optimal accessibility.

Unit Layout  
  
You will be staying in a 6-room chalet that is 230 square meters and spread across three levels, with a south-facing position. The chalet has been renovated and features comfortable and modern furnishings. The spacious living and dining area boasts a Scandinavian wood stove, and there is an exit leading to the terrace with a south-facing position. One bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and additional Nespresso capsules (for which you'll need to pay extra). The kitchen also includes a steamer, raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese.

The chalet offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. It is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and hair dryer for your convenience. Additionally, you will have access to complimentary WiFi internet throughout the property. For your transportation needs, there is reserved parking for two cars and a garage that can accommodate one car. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a bedroom with two beds measuring 90 cm each, and an exit leading to the veranda. Another bedroom on this level features two 90 cm beds, a shower, and a separate toilet. There is also a veranda with a TV (flat screen). The lower ground floor provides access to the garden, which enjoys a south-facing position. The upper floor houses another bedroom with a low door height of 160 cm, featuring a French bed measuring 160 cm wide, a shower, bidet, and a separate toilet. This room also has an exit leading to the balcony, which faces south. The chalet boasts a large south-facing balcony, a small south-facing balcony, and a garden area. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue are available for your enjoyment. From the property, you can take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
