Enjoy your summer holidays in this beautiful penthouse where you can enjoy excellent views. You can take a dip in the beautiful communal chlorine pool measuring 30 x 15 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.90 metres. You can also sunbathe in the beautiful communal garden that surrounds it. The flat also has a nice furnished terrace where you can have a drink before going out on the sofa or armchairs, or enjoy a delicious meal outdoors at the dining table for four people. From this terrace there is access to the 40 m2 solarium terrace where you can sunbathe on the sun lounger while gazing at the magnificent views or contemplate the starry sky at night. The 53 m2 flat is located on the third floor of a building with a lift. The modern and contemporary interior will make you feel right at home. The bright living-dining room has a comfortable sofa to watch TV or rest while you cool off with the air conditioning throughout the house. The dining table seats up to 4 people. The cosy kitchen is independent, with ceramic hob, ideal for cooking your best dishes on holidays. the house has a single bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. For the two extra guests the sofa converts into a sofa bed for two people. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are at your disposal. The flat is completed with a bathroom with bathtub. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The flat is located in Oliva Nova, which is a very quiet and relaxed area, in a nice complex with swimming pool and garden. If you like golf the nearest golf course is only 1.8 kms away. The beach of Oliva is also very close, 2.3 kms away and is ideal for families and water sports. In Oliva Nova you will also find many of the amenities for an independent stay and the town of Oliva is only 8 kms away. Swimming pool closed from October 1st to May 31st. El apartamento estaba muy sucio, com porqueria de la de hace años sin limpiar. Los colchones son orribles y el sofa cama estaba roto. Las ropas de casa ,toallas ,sabanas etc son de mala calidad y viejisimas al igual que los utensilios de cocina y cazuelas, oxidadas y llenas de porqueria, no nos dejaron ni una gota de gel del baño. Jun 1, 2024 Liked: Communication, listing accuracy #### Schöne Wohnung mit Tollem Ausblick Bei dem Check-In hat uns noch die Information gefehlt, dass die Schüssel neben einem bestimmten Gebäude abgeholt werden sollten, nur die Adresse hat nicht ausgereicht. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt, jedoch war sie von Supermärkten und Geschäften weit entfernt (ohne Auto schwierig). Zudem gab es auf der anderen Straßenseite eine Baustelle, die laut war. Die Zimmer waren gut und in der Küche gab es Waschmaschinen und Spülmaschine, jedoch gab es beim Geschirr Mängel: Pfannen, Besteck waren dreckig und Teller waren zum Teil kaputt. An sich war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet (Föhn, Handtücher usw.) Die Unterkunft hat eine Terrasse und zusätzlich noch eine Dachterrasse.
