### Family Beach Club Sevilla II, FREE WIFI 4G

Family Beach Club Sevilla II is on the beach of L'aigua Morta (Oliva Nova) the southern most area of ​​Oliva. Located in a privileged place of the Mediterranean with numerous and splendid beaches of fine and golden sand, of shallow waters that extend along 8 5 km and are known throughout Europe by their naturalness, beauty and quality unequaled. Characteristics that, together with the warm climate and a wide range of services, make the beaches of Oliva a preferred destination to enjoy the holidays at any time of the year.  
  
Family Beach has its houses in the residential area Oliva Nova, with its attractive sports and services offer. On the one hand golf, with an 18-hole course. Tennis, water sports and a shopping center in the center of the complex.  
  
Located 88 Kilometers south of Valencia (airport VLC Manises 93 km) and 95 km north of Alicante (Airport Altet 108 km) is an apartment located in the Club Sevilla II, sets of couples around gardens and community pool. (FREE WIFI 4G) In May 2017 we have totally painted and renovated the apartment, furniture, kitchen utensils and all the textile with 4 \* hotel qualities.  
  
The property has more than 70 square meters, divided into several rooms:  
  
Master bedroom with bed 140x200 cm, with bathroom.  
Secondary bedroom with 2 beds of 190x90 cm.  
Living room of 35 square meters  
Dining table for up to 6 people  
2.3-Sofa bed. For 3 people, since it has matrimonial mattress and trundle bed.  
American kitchen.  
Secondary bathroom, next to the second bedroom and entrance from the living room.  
The Club Sevilla II complex has a large communal swimming pool and a small pool for children, as well as private gardens. The house is located in one of the buildings that surround one of the garden squares, not being right around the pool, so the atmosphere is much quieter and avoids typical pool noises.
