The property "Golf Y Playa" is a very large, beautiful two-story house located in Oliva, Spain. It offers a range of amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet Wi-Fi, parking, and tennis court nearby. The property is situated on a golf course and provides a peaceful, sunny setting.  
  
Outdoors  
The property features a private garden with wildlife and trees, along with a kidney-shaped swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor amenities include a table tennis setup, patio, garden furniture, and a barbecue area.  
  
Other Information  
The house has a lounge area. Nearby, you'll find shops, groceries, supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, cafés, and a sandy beach just 300 meters away. Recreational facilities in the vicinity include an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts (500 m), a riding stable (1 km), and a children's playground (500 m). The owner does not accept youth groups. You will enjoy a spacious and bright 4-room house spanning 95 square meters across two levels, featuring beautiful and cozy furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, leading to a terrace and swimming pool. One room has a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm) with air conditioning and forced-air heating. Another room offers two beds (90 cm, length 180 cm) with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on the main level. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, has a room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), a bath/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with an exit to the terrace. The living room and a large terrace with furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs complete the property.

During your vacation, you can enjoy various amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue, a dishwasher, permission for one pet or dog, a private patio, heating available, a microwave, a television, and a maximum capacity of 6 guests.
