There are two bedrooms on this floor, one featuring a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and the other with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), both with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The well-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room and separate WC are conveniently located on this level. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), an en-suite shower room and WC, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. This room provides direct access to the terrace.
