Fabulous stay. First time staying at a Fairfield and I was oleased. I had a first floor room and my window opened for fresh air and I appreciated that. Comfortable bed. Coffee was hot and ready in the spacious lobby which plenty of seating. And lots of breakfast options available too.LaMont, Kelly and Darcy were all three really helpful in making my stay extra pleasant.

We went here from Florida for the wedding. It awesome place to stay! but little problem is the bathtub is not smooth, some dead fly and hair on bed also little disappointed pool is not warm enough Breakfast is the best!!

We have stayed at this property many times, but this time it seemed that the quality of the experience was greatly diminished. There was nothing hugely wrong - the property is clean, close to SBU, quiet and felt safe. However, it was the myriad of little things that made it a lesser experience than it has been in the past. The beds were ok, but the bedding was very annoying. Our comforters were tucked in so tightly - and about waist-high when we lay down - that we couldn't get comfortable at night without totally stripping the bed and remaking it. None of the outlets seemed to work. The lotion bottle in the bathroom was obviously used and empty, which felt kind of yucky. The grout in the shower was obviously poorly done. There were only whole apples and oranges - no cut up fruit and neither option was easy to eat with plastic silverware - at breakfast. I know it all sounds picayune, but it just felt like a considerably lessened experience, and it was also considerably more expensive. We were very disappointed, and, though we travel to Allegany several times a year, we likely won't be back.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast! It was a nice area to stay in with food and stores close by. We had about a 30 minute drive to Holiday Valley in the morning. The kids enjoyed the pool.

The hotel said they upgraded us to a king suite. It had used lotion in the bathroom, coffee pod for one not two. Hair on the extra blanket. I was not impressed!!! We stayed at this same hotel on our honeymoon and it was 100 percent better a few years ago. Won't be going back!!!

Great Stay in Olean
Great value and great service. We really enjoyed our stay. Hot water and coffee in the lobby throughout the day. Morning breakfast was excellent for a free breakfast with eggs, bacon, yogurt, toast, bagels, pastries and cereal. Rooms were clean and ours was very spacious. Staff worked hard to man the front desk and do breakfast. Appreciate how hard they worked. Conveniently located right across from St Bonaventure University. Walmart was also close by.

Find somewhere else.
The hotel appeared dirty. They charged me $40 more than what I booked it for. It was late when I arrived I’ve never been to the area before so I had no choice but to pay. The heat/ac sounded like a crop airplane. There was barely any lighting. One lamp would just strobe light. The other one didn’t work. The noise kept me awake and gave me a migraine. The parking is behind the building, was poorly lit and sketchy. I have never given a bad rating before but this was the worst stay I’ve ever had. And this was just for a quick stay so my expectations aren’t high just a clean safe place that I can get a good nights sleep. This place was none of these. And they took advantage of me by over charging me. That’s never happened before.

The hotel is located near a few restaurants and shopping locations. Lots of parking. Staff were really nice and helpful

Room wasn’t ready until 6:00pm despite 3:00 check in time. Given a handicap room for unknown reason, assuming it was the only one available or cleaned. Shower head was about 4 feet from the ground and I’m 6’6”.
