« Tout d’abord, l’accueil et le personnel n’ont pas été très agreable. Pour la chambre, le wifi ne captais pas, hormis dans la salle de bain ce sui n’est pas pratique. Pas d’eau chaude les 2 premiers jours, à peine tiède. La piscine n’était pas d’une propreté exemplaire. Enfin, le summum, c’est d’attirer les clients avec une offre spéciale avec massage en duo pour l’annuler au dernier moment. Au global, si j’avais su j’aurais choisi un autre hôtel car celui ci ne mérite pas ses notes. »

« It was perfect! The food was outstanding and the staff in the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Worth the money. I came for March break from Toronto with two kids. The only negative it was slightly too quiet and the kids at times were a bit bored because they didn’t have friends Their age or nightly events were almost nonexistence. Other than that, if you wanna come relax visit, this was honestly the best spot I have ever been in an all inclusive. It just wasn’t the best place to be with and...

« We had a fabulous time at The Coral Reef Club , from The amazing Food , Beautiful accommodation to a wonderful staff , the accommodate your every Wim , so attentive and pleasant. « We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. « Un petit hôtel charmant, les chambres sont grandes et donnent sur la mer. Le personel au petit soin spécialement Monique qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable! Ce n’est pas de leur faute mais les restaurants autour sont très très bruyants le soir, cela ne nous a pas dérangés mais prévoyez les boules quies. En journée c’est un havre de paix réveillé au bruit des vagues et une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Nous espérons revenir très vite. »

« I had an overnight stay that was planned last min. I originally planned to stay two nights but realized that it was just not for me - ( I had originally came from the popular tourist area and needed to backfill two nights ) although they realized it was just not my style both hosts went above and beyond to accommodate me as much as possible and even worked to get me a refund for the next night - the place is lovely and quiet and perfect for anyone looking for just that! »

« La chambre et le personnel étaient parfaits. J’ai réussi à avoir un petit réfrigérateur le lendemain de mon arrivée. C’est quand même surprenant que ce ne soit pas automatique que dans un hôtel de cette qualité, il n’y en ait pas dans toutes les chambres. Ma chambre était du côté est, à côté de la plaza et certains soirs la musique et les chants karaoke étaient très forts jusqu’à 1:00 am. Impossible de dormir ou d’écouter la télévision. L’endroit, le personnel, la bouffe, la plage, tout est...
